If you tend to associate the term workout with the words exhausting and impossible, you’ve come to the right place. This October, GH has teamed up with Davina McCall to bring you the 5-Minute Move-It challenge – a workout that’s quick and, dare we say it, fun! And if you’re already on board? The good news is, you’ve almost made it to week 4!

The challenge is very simple: daily doses of moving, stretching and squatting to lift your mood, and boost your fitness. The goal? Five minutes of just one exercise, which we give you, every day – and you can choose level one or two, based on your fitness. With no equipment and no gym required, it really is as easy as it sounds.

Week 4 (starting Wednesday 22nd October) is fast approaching, which means we’ve got a new set of moves on the horizon - and we're here to give you a little heads up on what's in store. While the week 3 theme was ‘body strong’, featuring everything from lunges to kneeling planks and triceps dips, week 4 is all about giving the whole body a workout.

What can you expect from it? Think wall sits, bear crawls and glute bridge holds – and you only have to do each of them for 5 minutes. Easy, right? Fortunately, Davina is also here to provide plenty of inspiration, and will be on hand to demonstrate every move as we go.
