Ingredients
250ml
espresso
300g
caster sugar
1tsp.
vanilla bean paste
700ml
vodka
Directions
Step 1Heat coffee, sugar, vanilla and 150ml water in a pan over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Turn up heat and bubble for 5min, until slightly reduced and syrupy. Remove from heat and stir in the vodka. Cool.
Step 2Once cool, divide between sterilised bottles/jars and seal.
To store: Store in a cool dry place for up to 3 months. Chill after opening.
