Ingredients

1 tsp.
runny honey
50 ml
brandy
25 ml
Poire Williams or pear juice
2
dashes angostura bitters
Ice
Pear crisp (optional)

Directions

1. Step 1In a small tumbler, stir honey, brandy, Poire Williams or pear juice and angostura bitters until honey is fully dissolved. Add ice and top up with soda water, if you like. Garnish with a pear crisp, if using, and serve.
