Ikea has installed thirteen pick-up lockers in the Shopping Nivelles car park, where customers can collect their online orders without having to go to an Ikea store. These are the first lockers of their kind in the Belgian province of Walloon Brabant.
Large enough for a three-seater
The lockers are designed for packages of various sizes, including larger furniture items. The largest locker is 2.6 meters deep, 1.15 meters high, and 0.95 meters wide, which means it can hold a Billy bookcase or a Kivik three-seater sofa, for example.
