After a year of uncertainty, Tupperware is back on the market. Having silently restarted selling in May, the brand is now also free from judicial protection.
Free of protection
After Tupperware filed for bankruptcy in the fall of 2024, the European branch stayed afloat through an agreement with creditors. After French entrepreneurs took over the brand and distribution rights for France, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Poland, the Paris court has now lifted judicial protection, the French holding company announces.
