The French judicial authorities are launching an investigation into AliExpress, Shein and Temu, for selling sex dolls with “childlike appearances”. Shein is temporarily removing its entire ‘adult’ category from its website to clean up its act.
Shein puts sex toys on hold
Several Chinese platforms are suspected of selling products that “imply a pornographic representation of minors.” The reports came from the French consumer fraud agency, which had previously warned about sexually suggestive content and child sexual objects on the platforms.
