Starting in February, the northern route of Mechelen’s free Shopping Shuttle buses will run six days a week, instead of three days as is currently the case. It will also add morning services on weekday.
Monday to Saturday
Currently, the shuttle bus on the route between the car park at De Nekker to the Main Square (Grote Markt) only runs on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (and on Sundays when shops are open), but this service will soon be extended to Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. From February on, the free service will only be unavailable on Sundays when shops are not open.
