JD.com is expanding its European presence: under the name Joybuy, the Chinese e-commerce giant has launched a French webshop, a few months after its British introduction. The marketplace aims to compete with Temu and AliExpress, but above all with Amazon.
New attempt
JD.com now seems to have officially replaced its previous European project Ochama with a new offensive: after the switch in the Benelux and the United Kingdom last summer, Joybuy is now launching in France—albeit still in beta version.
