Swiss food group Orior wants to sell its Belgian subsidiary Culinor. The company produces ready-made meals for supermarkets and works with Belgian chefs.
No synergies after all
Orior bought Culinor in 2016, seeking to gain a foothold in the Benelux. “We have long cherished European ambitions”, the group said at the time, but the holding now admits that “the intended synergies never materialised.”
