German biscuit producer Griesson – de Beukelaer is investing one hundred million euros in a large-scale expansion of its factory in Wurzen, near Leipzig. The site will also gain an administrative building.
Significant increase
The expansion should significantly raise Griesson – de Beukelaer’s production capacity of soft filled fruit cookies. The investment includes the construction of a new production hall and a logistics centre with a fully automated high-bay warehouse.
