Superdry returns to profit despite lower sales, thanks to higher margins and a radical restructuring. The rebranding to Superdry & Co and a focus on full-price sales should restore growth on a structural basis.

“FY25 has been a transformative year for Superdry. We have taken the difficult but necessary decisions to reset the business, restore our margins and rebuild financial stability,” says CEO Julian Dunkerton. Superdry has 133 own stores in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States, plus 158 franchise stores in 22 countries.
