On New Year’s Day, Italian group Ermenegildo Zegna will adopt a new leadership structure. Ermenegildo “Gildo” Zegna is to become the Group’s Executive Chairman, Gianluca Tagliabue will become CEO. Edoardo and Angelo Zegna will take charge of the brand that bears their family’s name.

As Executive Chairman, Gildo Zegna will become responsible for safeguarding the heritage and integrity of the three brands (Thom Browne, Tom Ford Fashion and Zegna itself). He will also remain responsible for internal audits and external relations (including the Sustainability division), FashionNetwork reports.
