The judicial investigation into the bankruptcy of the Flemish fashion group FNG (the former owner of Brantano, Miss Etam, Fred & Ginger, and more) is entering its final phase. The investigating judge has transferred the file to the Antwerp public prosecutor’s office, which is now working on a final claim.
After three years of investigation
The Public Prosecutor’s Office has received all the documentation it needs to start drafting a final claim, the spokesperson for the Antwerp Public Prosecutor’s Office confirmed to De Tijd. The key questions now are who will ultimately be charged and what charges will be brought. However, due to the size of the file, this process may “take some time”.
