Beaumanoir saw its turnover grow significantly to 2.1 billion euros in the past financial year, but has not yet lost its appetite. The company has offered 1 million euros for the brand name and three stores of the struggling IKKS chain.
Turnover and profit are growing
The French company grew from 1.76 billion to 2.1 billion euros in its financial year 2024 (ended 28 February 2025). Operating profit climbed from 78.8 million to 136.5 million euros.
Beaumanoir often takes over companies in difficulty. In August, it rescued (parts of) Naf Naf and in June it did the same with Jennyfer (together with Celio). It also previously took over Quiksilver’s Western European activities and in 2022, it bought Sarenza from struggling retailer Casino.
