Refurbed, Europe’s fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished electronics, household appliances, sports and baby products, is launching its platform on the Belgian market. The company profiles itself as a “green Amazon.”

At refurbed.be, consumers can find a wide range of sustainable, high-quality alternatives to new products. Founded in Vienna in 2017 by Kilian Kaminski, Peter Windischhofer, and Jürgen Riedl, the company says it wants to contribute to the circular economy and the future of the planet. Refurbed products generate on average 80% less CO₂ emissions and electronic waste and consume 90% less water. Refurbed customers have already saved 350,000 tons of CO₂, 1,136 tons of electronic waste, and 116 billion liters of water.
