Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
1 Tbsp. confectioners’ sugar
1 1/2 tsp. bourbon or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 prepared pumpkin pie
1/2 cup packaged spiced sugared pecans

Directions

1. Step 1In medium bowl, combine cream, sugar, and bourbon. With mixer on medium speed, beat cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Step 2Cut pie into 8 wedges. Top each wedge with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with pecans.
