Shortcut Mini Sufganiyot
These semi-homemade sufganiyot arise from store-bought donut holes.

For the easiest (and cutest) shortcut ever, pipe jam into store-bought glazed yeast donut holes, then shower them with confectioners’ sugar before serving.

Ingredients
- 24
glazed yeast donut holes
- 1/2 cup
red jam, large fruit bits strained out
Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting
Directions
- Step 1Use small round tip (a little more than 1/4 inch wide) to poke hole into side ofeach donut hole. Fit tip into piping bag and fill bag with jam. Using premade holes for guidance, pipe jam into donut holes (do not overfill). Dust with confectioners’ sugar just before serving.
