Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Southwestern or chipotle ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 avocado, chopped
- 1/3 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar
Directions
- Step 1In 16-ounce mason jar, layer ingredients in the following order: dressing, black beans, corn, avocado, cooked rive, romaine, and Cheddar. Screw on lid and refrigerate.
- Step 2When ready to eat, shake jar until contents are mixed and enjoy.
