Chopped dried figs rehydrate as they cook with the cranberries, rosemary, and honey, creating a jammy sauce that'll have everyone swooning.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz.

    fresh or frozen cranberries

  • 1 cup

    chopped dried figs

  • 1/2 cup

    honey

  • 1/2

    sprig rosemary

Directions

    1. Step 1 In medium saucepan, combine cranberries, figs, honey, rosemary and ½ cup water.
    2. Step 2Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, 15 to 20 minutes. Discard rosemary and serve warm or at room temp.
