This totally vegetarian snack is even better with a slice (or loaf) of bread.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb.

    feta cheese

  • 1/2

    red chile, sliced

  • 2

    sprigs thyme

  • 1/2

    lemon, sliced

  • 1 tsp.

    honey

  • 1 Tbsp.

    olive oil

  • Crusty bread, for serving

Directions

    1. Step 1Heat grill to medium. Tear off 12-inch square of foil. Place feta in center of foil.
    2. Step 2 Top with chile, thyme, and lemon. Drizzle honey over feta, then oil. Wrap foil around feta and crimp to seal and grill, covered, until feta is warm, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with crusty bread.
